You don't have to go very far outside the boundaries of Zion National Park to enjoy it's stunning views. This view here of the west temple is one I often see while running and biking just outside the park.
Plus even during the day you can often see the moon, which is something most people who liv in the city aren't able to see. With the rich colors of the desert and the daytime moon, it's easy to keep running on my favorite trails!
